Sign up as an individual or bring your friends along and work as a team. This Challenge is all about creating an environment of support that can last long after the Challenge ends. We designed this challenge specifically to suit you to work out in your own time. It is suitable for all fitness levels. The sessions can be scaled up to make them harder or scaled down to make easier.
Once you have registered you will receive an email with dates that you can stop by and get measured. You’ll want to know where you started so you can say where you’re headed!
Embrace New Habits
For six weeks, make a conscious choice to follow the challenge meal plan, participate in weekly workouts and use your FREE classes to visit local fitness studios. Raising your awareness and being consistent, even in small ways, adds up to huge rewards.
Check-in to the forum each day to connect with and support your fellow challenge participants. Your key to finding your D.I.G lies in accountability, support, and honest reflection.
Throughout the challenge, you will be issued smaller challenges. These challenges were designed to promote a lifestyle change. Point values are assigned to each challenge. As you earn points you move up to different levels and have opportunities to win prizes. . . . lots of amazing prizes! There will also be Grand Prizes for participants who earn the most points.
